Trump

Recommended Posts

End the war in Ukraine in two weeks.  No more foreign wars.  Build a wall and make Mexico pay.  Etc, etc.  He's done none of that.  Apparently hot air empty promises made to get elected, only.      Meanwhile, who gives a crap about our soaring national debt (which he didn't mention once in his State of the Union), while his family and rich billionaire buddies pad their pockets.    Like some other folks, I'm getting close to the end of my career, and am sitting fat and happy with my 401K and other investments.  I worry for my young adult children, but I guess my own folks maybe felt the same way.....

But hey, there is very important stuff he's also focusing on, like fixing college sports.  -->  President Trump urges college sports leaders to return to pre-NIL era: 'I'd like to go exactly back to what we had and ram it through a court'     Oh brother....

As for whether the alternative would be better or not, my feeling is that question would have been better answered during the primaries, not the general election.   It's obvious he is better than what the dems put up, but is he better than an old school fiscally conservative Republican?   My opinion is no.  I don't even know if those dudes exist anymore.

Bla, bla, bla.....

This is just the tip of the iceberg, spring of 2028 maybe.  Russia is now feeding Iran intelligence, China will start dabbling in it too.  This is how world wars start.

China and Russia are allied with Iran.  To expect either to not supply/support an ally is ...... not what an ally is.  Our military surely expected this. MSM reporting is headline grabbing and also to be expected.  Not a "stop the presses" moment.

My beef with the Trump administration among other things, our ballooning national debt.   Campaigned on reducing debt,  corruption, DOGE, etc.  Not seeing it.  Dollar continues to slide.

Vote Democrat. That’s sure to fix everything. LMAO!!

Been consistently voting for 50+ years.  Voted for a Dem once.  Dennis DeCONsini who promptly wrote the bill giving away the Panama canal.  Cannot see ever voting for a party that wants open borders, tranny surgeries for minors, murder of the unborn,  full on socialism, etc., etc.  Conservative Dems need to take back their party.

You forgot to mention packing the courts and taking all firearms away and ending hunting.

When a Democrat acts conservative we cant believe a word they say, look at the new Virginia Gov. That's their new strategy.

I don’t have to agree with the party I voted for just because they’re doing something.

Party line voters are simple, change my mind..  Trump could cure cancer and few dems would give him accolades.  Same goes for any democrat doing something good.  Too many 🐑 in this country.

If either of those things ever happen.

Agree.  I do not have a problem with being critical of any political party.

You’re amazed? You can’t be amazed. He’s not doing what he said. 60+ year olds didn’t get trump elected.

I put my life jacket on in April when he pulled the chair out for bibi.

Yeah many elderly looking out for their nest egg because once again many older voters knew he was going to do what he said and there’d be hiccups. My mom’s 79 and knows quite a few with the same mindset. Sad but I understand that. Her friends are mostly conservative.

Life Jacket! =Sell 60% equities?
