Beaver Swirls

Recommended Posts

Fall color is heading slowly heading downstream in Arizona. Last evening, I took a quick trip to Beaver Creek with its sandstone and sycamores to catch the leaves swirling in a pool. I was surprised how black the water appears, but it makes the swirling leaves contrast nicely.

Exposures were about 5 to 15 seconds with ISO 100, CPL, and low light right after sunset
