Crawfish gumbo

Recommended Posts

Finally figured what to do with my crawfish stock.

A little crawfish, shrimp, sausage gumbo. Sided with cornbread with jalapano and corn.

Food looks amazing, that beer though looks a little questionable. Looks like its missing a fruit or something. Took you as a Bud or Jack guy.

Haha, unfortunately I enjoy really good beer at 9.99 a six pack. I'm out at the moment so had to take a blue moon and don't have any oranges.

I'll tell you what that crawfish stock is the ticket. Such good flavor I can't believe it. I have 2 more quarts left

You gotta do the stock, I boiled the crawfish with basically all the stuff to make veggie stock then after cleaning all the meat out of claws and tails I tossed the shells back in for an hour or more then canned it after straining. It's awsome

Next time he'll invite you over and then the fruit will be covered.
