audsley Report post Posted January 26, 2018 Minnows are best where you're allowed to use them. They aren't allowed at Patagonia Lake. Not sure of any other places where they might not be allowed.. Went to Roosevelt saturday and picked up 9 bass suspended in 10 to 20 ft with crankbaits .
