I think this rule making is related to live wildlife permits, but it’s always so hard to decipher what is actually being discussed from these agendas it’s hard to be sure. AZG&FD has pretty much succumbed to the fact that WS is multi specie impoundment. Small Mouth have historically over populated it resulting in stunted growth.
