Picture from Sunday

Not the best quality it's about 450 yards through the 15's. What's in this picture?

You guys are good. There is a Coues' Buck, 3 Muley doe, and a couple Elk. While I was glassing the ridge there were 19 elk, 12 Muley doe, and the Coues' Buck. I could only get these in the picture.

I watched the buck for about an hour trashing every tree he went by... I just knew he was going to shed... no luck. <_<

I never dreamed of getting Coues', Muley, and Elk in the same field of view.

Actually im revising my answer ;) there are 3 does with a buck in the top of the pic, then another buck mid way in the pic, and 2 cow elk.

Thats pretty neat! I once had Cotamundi, Javelina, and about 6 or 7 coues with 2 nice bucks in one FOV in my Leicas once...

Remeber Brian?

Awesome! Thanks for posting. (but just between us, where's the coues buck? my eyes are getting old and weren't that good to begin with.)

In front of the juniper in the center you can see an antler silhouetted against the trunk.

Those are my favorite places to explore, those that hold coues, elk, and muleys... but to see them all at once in that proximity is COOL!

Great pic! ;) What was the elevation, 6500?
