Started snowing in Payson sometime in the night, don't know what time as I was sleeping. It must have been pretty windy during the night as well, I keep my quad covered up with a very heavy tarp and it managed to lift it off before snowing on it :(

I just measured snow on my trailer here in Payson and I have 7" after what has fallen since last night. I hope it snows another 7 tonight. We need it really really really bad.

post-868-0-54271700-1332131222_thumb.jpgHad a great weekend with the Family at the cabin 15 miles outside of Show Low. The snow came down hard today; all day. Made for a little scary drive back home to Mesa coming off the Rim.

No snow in central Tucson. Just rain and hail today.

Here is a pic of me in Montana 1 year ago after a blizzard. This was taken in the parking lot when I was working for Blackhawk over the winter.

Went out with my dogs on Sat. to hang some cameras/stands up on Mt. Ord. Went to bed in the truck that night with just some high winds. I had checked the weather before leaving and it called for rain throughout the night but should have been cleared up in the morning. I woke up around 3am to a complete white out with about 8in of fresh snow on the ground and it still coming down pretty hard. Tried to pack up and get out of there but I was too late. My 4cyl 2wd hombre wasnt going to make it out. So I packed up the goods and dressed warm. I called my pop and told him to start heading to Mt. Ord and I'll meet him at the bottem. I gave my dogs a big piece of steak and headed out in the snow. After a long hike to the bottem me and my dogs made it home safely. As for my truck, well its still up there.:(
