Wait, it's a rocky desert stone sheep. . Either way he is a monster but the prices are still insane to me. What's this about the world record sheep gonna be killed next week? Rocky or Desert?

Amazing ram. Congrats to the hunters. JJ knows how to spend $$ correctly IMO.

Regarding the AZ auction tag holder, I'd heard about a region IV ram that was a candidate but not a WR. Low 190's is what I heard.

Could be the tag holder is going archery?

If he's 190's I would guess it around 199. We shall see.

Hope you guys are right. I think is amazing/cool that these rams can grow so big with the limited rainfall we've had over the last 20 years.

If you're talking about the monster ram by Quartzsite that thing is over 200 inches. Rumor is he goes on to the res after the rut but having a year to hunt him will help.

As far as the big monster........I'll believe it when I see it. I think the supposed ram is getting some big eyed rumors personally. Two examples of similar sheep.

Ignacio Beltran (RIP) talked about a region IV ram earlier this year. Said it was special. He thought it would go 192.

Apparently, the ram will be taken soon. Look forward to pictures.
