bonecollector777 Report post Posted August 12, 2017 Had a good time seeing my niece kill her first big game animal this morning. Had a job interview this morning so didn't have plans of making it back for the hunt but they treed the bear later in the morning right when I was getting back to town. Got there just in time to see the shot and help pack it out. We knew it was a boar (wouldn't have shot a sow) but he was deceiving on size. His head and laws were pretty large in size but just didn't have the weight on him like some bears. Don't know if he didn't have much feed or what but in the end was a really nice sized boar and very pretty colored. After the shot my niece went through about every emotion happy, sad, excited, scared, back to excited. Was a fun time with everyone there. 14 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
