Does anyone have experience with corner crossing in AZ? I wonder if there is existing case law on it here?

I couldn't find the info. Did they also suggest reducing antelope tags?

50 less rifle tags and 45 less archery tags were proposed for antelope.

IMHO, probably the best way to handle "checkerboard" land access is for the state to charge a current/low rate for accessible parcels and a substantially higher rate for inaccessible parcels.  I don't see this as punitive, after all the lease holder has exclusive use and control of an inaccessible parcel.

More taxes...thats the answer

I’ve seen a few conversations on the Wyoming case. But corner crossing laws vary state by state. I was wondering if anyone has experience specific to AZ.

I understand that. Why this case is interesting is if it gets to the Supreme Court which is unlikely but a possibility it would have ramifications for all states. If I could find it I read an article a few years back about corner crossing in Arizona.
I think it was considered trespassing. What was argued is you have to pass over private.  I think it’s stupid

Corner laws are effin bs. If you can climb the fence without touching private ot should be a no brainer. Ive too wondered how the law reads in az. But if its not posted as its supposed to be that automatically should be a pass imo.

What if you jump over. They don't own the airspace.
