Villa Peru.

Google says Zemams is closed.

The one on Broadway is open I think.  They closed the other spot.

I saw on your last kabob post where you had burnt wooden skewers.

To deter the skewers from scorching, soak them completely in water for a while before piercing the ingredients.

Yeah I told her after the fact. The next batch got soaked

Finally adding, Traeger grilled grouper and yellowtail and bellas, Instapotted green beans sautéed in garlic butter and bacon bits. I have a 15 minute prep rule.  Fat boy wants to eat , not cook

What’s for breakfast today??  😉

A couple of over-medium eggs and a big ripe avocado with a light dusting of smoked paprika and generous splash of Tabasco.

Living on the road Monday through Friday sucks. I miss the days when I cooked every night.
