I was one of the few like a couple of you that didn't really think he stuck his foot in his mouth. I do think the media ran with it to overshadow the current disaster in the middle waste. With Obama doing nothing any thing to draw fire towards the evil conservative is required. Bottom line is I am really not sure that anyone not already blindly convicted to being a liberal cared much about what Romney said. IMHO...

Romney's best chance to go on offense is during the debates. He needs to slam Obama every chance he gets. Every time he answers a question he should slam Obama then tell what he will do when elected. Obama hates to be wrong and hates to be told he is wrong. He will get flustered and make mistakes that everyone who is watching can see.

Yeah, this might not have been the best thing for Gov. Romney to have said on tape but as long as he keeps refusing to release any more of his tax returns he should still safely win Arizona.

 

Although he allegedly required more than two years (I’ve heard anywhere from “several years” to “ten years”) of tax returns from any potential V.P. he was vetting, Gov. Romney has steadfastly refused to release more than two.

 

That’s prolly a good idea. If those come out and show that he is part of the 47% who pay no income taxes, he’ll be pilloried by the lame-stream media and maybe regular folks too. He might actually have a chance of losing Arizona if that happens. That would be awkward.

Personally, I don't care if Romney cheated on his taxes, or made his money as a corporate raider. It's iironic how the American public perceives a presidential canidate during campaiging like they can't vote unless the guy is a Saint. We all know whatever they say is a snowjob anyway.
