on a side note...a funny one not a negative or health inspector kinda note...has anybody seen this? :

 

at los corrales in pinetop the fajitas don't come with chile, peppers and onions but with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

WTH ? some kinda alternative universe or somethin' ?

Guayo's El Rey in Miami, Los Hermanos in Superior, La Casita in Mammoth, Carolina's in Phoenix, Los Dos in Springerville (or anywhere else....)! YUM to all of them!!! Filibertos too, IMO!!!

Grew-up in Kearny, and never been to Casa Denogeans. Always stopped at Los Hermanos for the torillas.... Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out next time I'm driving through!

Love Carolinas. Hard to beat a Chili Relleno from Niditios though.
