pwrguy Report post Posted January 13, 2017 I don't like this move. I would prefer they charge up front. I know several people that got a raw deal through no fault of there own. They grab the money up front when you apply. If you draw a tag it has already been paid for. It is still a credit card and there is still a chance the payment system could reject it for some reason during the draw. Ever try to buy something with a perfectly good card and the merchants system just wouldn't take it?
