Yup, the heat sure is big news.

In a few weeks we'll get the annual wall to wall coverage of the usual t-storms and accompanying dust storms (oh, I mean 'haboobs'.... ).

Yup. Don't care how hot it is. Don't have to shovel it, sprinkle anything to walk on it, or put on 5 layers of clothes to check the mail.

The opposite effect, is we can't go out to the mailbox naked.

I wish I was back in Montana right now. Standing in a cool river, waiving a graphite stick.

I went north of New River on Monday.. and took a final look at the temp before I stepped out.

Was going to set up a camera on a few trails, the pack was pretty heavy. Ended up seeing a cam as soon as I stepped out of the truck on a bucket of water buried in a dry water hole.

It was hot.

Gotta have weathergasms over something...when I was in OK it was always wind, ice, or tornadoes. As if those things had never happened there before.

Mine stopped on Monday evening. Had wife call home warranty company since I was working and they couldn't have anyone out till Wed. Fixed it myself for $23 the next morning.

If you a electric meter that has mfd's on it, check your capacitors.
