The tinder fire

Recommended Posts

I saw a plane take off from gateway yesterday afternoon. looks like it was headed towards the rattlesnake fire. Seems like that one is more under control and not threatening structures. Not sure why they wouldn't send up there.

News last night said no aircraft on this fire due to high winds yesterday.

Winds this morning on the news were estimated at 37 mphs today also. It will be hard to fly again.

Just confirmed by Cocnino County Sheriff: Tinder Fire started by unattended campfire off 95 road.

Remember there were fire restrictions already in place. So somebody felt entitled to have an illegal campfire.

Shocker. Feel for all working on this beast and those who have lost homes. Had a group of illegals who thought it was smart to have a camp fire in middle of the day down by haigler sat with 30 mph winds. Forest service solved that one

Assuming what you have posted is true, it would be nice if the perps could be found. It would be appopriate that they face jail time and then bankruptcy.
