First Bear...

Hunted friday, saw a single Bear, didnt react to the calls, so we made a move and lost contact with the Bear.

Saturdays hunt was short for me, bad leg cramps, so I left calls with hunting partner and "Call me if you do anything"...

3hours later, I'm heading back up the MT to process his first bear!!!

Awesome. Nice bear. Archery too, up close and personal. My wife found a recipe for bear that used molasses and coffee. She hates coffee and she even liked it. If your partner is interested shoot me a message. I am sure my wife still has the recipe somewhere.

"Spud" at AZG&F aged this Bear as at least 10years old, but thinks it may be closer to 15years old, they named him "Mohawk" due to coloration...
