Red Rabbit Report post Posted Saturday at 10:37 PM Do any of you wildland fire fighters have any thoughts about the grid pattern of hotspots seen on the map to the northwest of the main fire boundary? https://www.facebook.com/doug.koepsel/posts/pfbid0vruLkyBGvku5tYE6HWYh1ohMe1s1hH8dt2UkrMa47Kd9T74tM9gNqCqj7K4L8ne9l?__cft__[0]=AZV1Anw0dbBeD_DgDe2F2trT0rXU-e__vRoCQCw8CHJ67bd5IfS0DydQLDhYBJCCzkGdTqKhBVEKoGrrCieROQqK2G6_G7afshpKETg8xB-1ZFiRamb5rjYeSB7AFjfU6gaCuSMMhRaIbbbgvz1_rAAeBFYvkqZlnh3z4upzZKmKrg&__tn__=%2CO%2CP-R

Red Rabbit Report post Posted Sunday at 06:21 PM The grid of spots northwest of the fire bondary is gone this morning. I was told that the dots forming the grid may have been satellite artifacts. But that NW finger grew and joined the main body and the fire spotted across FR 610. On flightradar now, there are two small choppers making loops down towards the entrance station, presumably dropping buckets of water. stanley Report post Posted Monday at 05:20 PM Man, that fire appears to be really raging! REALLY need a good monsoon drenching up there so badly, right now!!! Looks like that's basically the only thing that will have a chance of beating that thing down. Praying for some big/robust monsoon cells (NOT dry lightning) ASAP!!

twistzz Report post Posted yesterday at 03:21 AM For all the money we spend on forest fires we should have a fire force. Have like 50 planes strategically placed to snuff out any fires in the west. Along with forest management. It’s ridiculous how messed up are forests are being managed! That and the fing bark beatlles…. I’m not happy shouldn’t be that hard common sense.

Lost a lot of summer range cover. There are a lot that don't make it. They move down because fire moves up. They will move low in the valleys and travel through them to escape. Often at night and into early morning the smoke settles down really thick into the valleys and ravines. Causing many different animals to suffocate do to lack of oxygen. Not so much as getting burnt. Tragic no matter what. It really makes you wonder. Who really is in charge. Are We Making America Great Again or destroying it. Sure seem like the last of the two.
