Well if they had issues it looks like the may have resolved them.  27pts for me next year....but I knew that.  Sure had hopes of luck for my son though....nada.

lifetime... bought it almost 30 years ago, makes it a nonissue, I'm technically hunting for free nowadays except for tags.  And gas. And food. And gear. Oh heck, who am I kidding? Still paying for playing...

That license is valid until February 3rd 11:59PM same as the draw deadline so it is fine.

Correct. This is how I read the regs as well.

Well I think you are right and I'm wrong the but actual wording is 

"must have a license valid through deadline day of that draw"  So I was guessing it meant day of the actual draw.   Ive had my lifetime license for 15+ years so I haven't paid much attention.

I just said nope because we got two charges today. 1 bonus, 1 random both charged at the same time.

I agree the wording is confusing. If I had a lifetime license, I wouldn't have read this 200 times.
