Some times if you stall and you know you’ve been doing everything right, if can be beneficial to do a once a week refeed where you eat back to maintenance calories. About 500 cals, all in dry carbs

Backyard Rub from Winco, smoked on my Yoder 640 at 225 degrees until the birds hit 165 degrees. Been eating lots of birds and 100% ground elk.
Tim I wish I was 6’3” 😊

Basically, I got home at about 7:30pm then cooked and ate till 9:50pm and went immediately to bed. Got up and hunted but saw no bucks.

RIP cut. Binged harder than I ever have in my life last night. Drank 4 pints and 4 12oz miller lites. Made a can of cinnamon rolls into French toast put the icing on top. Then made pancakes, turned them into French toast with sugar free syrup. Ate 2 bowls cream of rice and whey with fruit, 1 bowl cream of rice strawberries and strawberry yogurt, 2 pears, 1lb 85% lean burger with 10oz peppers and onions.

Thats a hardcore binge right there. I have stayed the path over the past four months. Down close to 20lbs and can see a 2pk in my abs.
