WTB Beef Fat

Does anyone have a good source in the east valley? It is getting harder and harder to find. Doesn’t seem like anyone wants to sell it and you just have to “know a guy” to get some. Only need about 10lbs or so.

Not East Valley, but I've bought 5# from time to time at Hobe Meats. East Valley..... May want to call Von Hansen's

Winco on the westside of town is my source.  I usually just ask the butcher, sometimes they have it ready to go, sometimes they have me go back the next day or later that day.

Chucks or winco will do it if you call ahead. I may have a 5# bag in my freezer,I’m out of town today but I’ll let you know tomorrow

I just buy a really fatty ribeye roast from Costco and grind it up for my burger.  I try to do 20-30% of game meat weight.

Not on the east side but if you really need my cousin owns Eric's Family BBQ in Avondale, I can ask him to save you brisket trimmings.
