I would spend my time looking for glassing points rather than elk. If you can find sheds I bet those bulls are in that same country in November / December.

I don't know if anyone else follows this but Texas monthly puts out The top 50 BBQ in Texas every 4 years. Today they released the new list for the next 4 years. 1. Burnt Bean Co., Seguin 2. LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue, Austin 3. Goldee’s Barbecue, Fort Worth 4. Redbird BBQ, Port Neches 5. GW’s BBQ, San Juan 6. InterStellar BBQ, Austin 7. Dayne’s Craft Barbecue, Aledo 8. La Vaca BBQ, Port Lavaca 9. Truth Barbeque, Houston 10. Evie Mae’s Pit Barbeque, Wolforth I was excited to see my favorite BBQ restaurant Burnt Bean Co receive the top spot. I have been here several times the past few years and it is my family and friends favorite BBQ restaurant we have ever been to. We have been to several others on the list including the previous number one Goldee's but the burnt bean was always everyone's favorite. If you are ever in the San Antonio area do your self a favor and take a trip out to Seguin. The BBQ is amazing and so is the Sunday brunch. I can't wait to get back.

I fished the Ferry May 23 and 24. Very disappointing. This has got to be the worst fishing in thirty years. The only fish I caught were with streamers in the tail outs. I saw no fish in the shallow riffles. I tried dry droppers and nymphing, zero fish this way. I spoke to three other parties and they had the same experience. Game and Fish interviewed me at the dock. I told them I caught six fish on Saturday. He said I did better than all the other respondents. Sad.

I drew unit 23 burro mountain muzzy. I'm not asking for honey holes lol. I just have a couple questions on the area. I plan to scout multiple times before the hunt just have a few questions about the area. Is this a area where I should take my sxs to get around or can a truck travel the majority of the roads? Are there plenty of places to camp? I see the gila river goes through a portion of this area, is it accessible? How's the fishing? I've hunted this unit multiple times just not the burros. Plan on multiple trips but would appreciate any info anybody is willing to share. Thank you

Just buy them off Amazon. They all come from the same factory in China.

I’m all about spots that use fresh ingredients, so I really liked the burger I had from a local natural foods company near my place—super juicy, and you could actually taste the difference in the beef. The fries were solid too, crispy without being greasy. I don’t eat fast food often, but I’d go back there anytime.

I had Phoenix Custom Rifles thread it. All my lighter cans are threaded 5/8x24
