If CA was concerned about addressing their drought,  why haven't they been building reservoirs?  Too distracted by giving illegals welfare and mandating electric lawnmowers?

I always laughed when I saw that sign. I think it's posted on the old bridge before they built that ghastly roundabout?

I read an article yesterday that estimated 1.2 trillion cubic feet of water has run off into the ocean in California since storms started in December.
