    $1200.00 I am original owner, it has been shot 17 times and in great condition. This rifle shoots great with factory ammo. Safe Queen for several years and need the room.

    It might not be enough to stop the Grundfos pump. It needs to be valved off upstream. Also, do you have roof-mounted solar? An expansion tank on another hot water heater? Your street valve (meter box) might also be defective. If you have an outside irrigation system, with an open valve, it could backfeed into your home plumbing as the daytime temperature increases, thus increasing pressure in the irrigation tubing or hose.

    I accidentally clicked on a bull bison tag last fall just checking what hunts were being offered. Didn’t bother to call and try to change it as it was like 1:200 chance. Wouldn’t ya know I drew the dang thing. $5k mistake with NR tag fee 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Couple months ago my wife and I cranked this song and a few others repeatedly on a road trip remembering the second concert we’d been to together in 91 or 92 at Toolies. $5 cover parking lot concert. Maybe the best concert I’ve seen to this day. The guy flat out rocked. RIP Chris
