Ah. The Coronado trail. I've driven it 100+ times, mostly pulling a horse trailer

Late to the party, but I used to take that road to Hannagan meadow often back in the day... definitely some tight turns on there.

I've wondered how many motorcyclists were at the bottom of those ravines.

I still call it the 666, 191 just doesn't fit. I hadn't been down that for many years it is a great scenic drive and it always amazes me just how much country there is out there. Took a couple of mules in a horse trailer down and then back up to lower Eagle Creek up into Honeymoon years ago! I've been on the Million Dollar Highway in Colorado but that highway has nothing on the 666!!!

I got one for my 2020 f250 matching paint from camper capital. Found them on fb marketplace. They have a few locations and buy used take offs from dealerships. https://maps.app.goo.gl/b56q3oLJKbZSSpfeA

Nice secluded campground, a favorite of mine. Not a fan of the wolves though. Once coming down off the Rez I was charged by a big cinnamon bear in the creek bottom. Was glad to be in my truck at the time.

Agree. I saw a semi with the rear wheels hanging off the road right there.

We did do some transfers last year around this time to the dirt tanks. If we're able to safely get on the water we might try some transfers again this week. DAN

I'm really the only ham eater in the house. So if it's just us, i usually get a ham steak. So I decided to glaze it with honey and brown sugar. Cross cut and seared it in butter, then moved it to the grill for the glaze.

Dinner was my little girls bday plus Easter. Covered the floor with candy from the bedrooms to the living room and gave them each a bag and watched chaos ensue. Oldest son brought homemade salsa. Daughter made potato bacon soup. Momma made killer gumbo, deviled eggs, and shrimp dip and I made classic rubens. I'm so full I'm having a hard time breathing. If I don't wake up I died happy.

Unless you're planning on spending a lot of time in very cold inclement weather just get Mr Buddy Heater. I have the same tent in 10x14 and wouldn't even consider a stove for camping in Arizona. I've use the same Mr Buddy Heater for 20 years and a 5 gallon bar-b-que propane tanks will last for two weeks running the heater from sundown to sunrise. Two cots with the heater in the middle and bottle on an 8' hose outside. I wouldn't want to fit more than three cots in a 10 x14. I've had this tent for 10 years and it is bullet proof. "If" you put a stove in it you had better have a CO Detector to ensure you wakeup in the morning.
