We have had them pretty much my whole life. We all hunted them, I would drive or fly them back to Nebraska and hunt and walked alothere as well. My son has about a 1 year old girl and now he is realizing the work and attention that is involved with any pup. Great Great dogs, the best in my opinion overall for house pet and great hunting dogs. In our dry climate I'd be most worried about wood stocks drying and cracking overtime. This underscores the need to pull them out and and give a light wipe down and oil annually.

If the issue involves not cycling properly, see below. I have an older 1100 with the single gas port that is chambered in 3" mag. I understand that later they went to two gas ports. It got to be finicky when shooting any low base rounds. A through cleaning and silicone spray and o-ring replacement helped a ton.

Well I found their owner. It was a local. I did some door knocking and finally found someone that recognized the dogs. They were quite a few miles from home and on a grand adventure.

The real high dollar tags are always bought by phone bidders. So you aren’t gonna see them at the auctions.

I’ve been around several auction tags in my life, and never was there a preset price, they were always a true auction and the willing bidders set the price. Usually higher then anyone anticipated.
