I imagine if they were caught up in illegal activity then the police would have more to go on. I’m sure they’ve been through their phones and social media accounts. That makes it even more disturbing if it was either random or they stumbled onto something bad going on. We have some rifle tags in that area, definitely going to be vigilant and aware of what’s going on around us.

I had a guy trying to sue me for refusal of service. Nothing came of it. He had his 15 year old adopted daughter order an AR lower from PSA and her 18 year old Foster Brother shows up to pick it up. PSA sucks for selling undiscriminated, they do have the age restrictions on the front page of the website though. So I refuse the transfer and offer a refund and the Dad shows up wanting to transfer to him and i again refuse and tell him he needs to order one himself if he wants one. He's a real pecker about it but comes around after some information and decides he wants a billet lower, I tell him to bring me a deposit to make one and he never shows back up with the money. Then he shows up 3 weeks later and wants the billet (which i never made) and now he's pissed about that and doesn't remember me telling him about the deposit. Alot of people really have no idea that there are gun laws and regulations, i run into people all the time that also have no idea of hunting regulations. Unfortunately ignorant people also get an opinion and a place among us. Turns out the guy and his wife live off of foster kids on an off grid ranch.

Yes, this case sure is curious and I hope the facts are revealed, but that just might not be possible given the nature of this crime. I see 3 possible scenarios, I'm not a trained detective but I did sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night. 1) Wrong place at right time and just pure bad luck meaning a they suffered a purely random violent act. 2) They saw or heard something they should not have on Mt. Ord. 3) Somehow involved in illicit activity and paid a heavy price for that involvement. May they RIP. Eddie

saw the good news about the land sale being cancelled something I don't understand is; the purported rationale was to increase supply for building housing. how does that work with water requirements particularly in AZ. I don't understand it. does anyone with experience developing land here have input on how that works? Limited to wildcat developments?

We use Ring and Simpli Safe. Both are good. Started with simpli safe, then tried ring on subsequent properties. I’d go with Ring because their cameras are better. Both systems work good and are easy to install. We have monitoring with both companies and both work as they should. ADT is way over priced.

Having an FFL is a huge responsibility. Knowing when to sell and to whom goes along with it.

I think demand has cooled across a lot of markets that use antlers. The dog chew market has so many people doing it that the prices are very competitive with not much margins anymore. I know a lot go to China and I wonder if the tariffs are going to slow their buying. I buy a couple hundred lbs every month for custom gun grips so I am looking forward an easing in prices.

I think that I would like to sell mine by the inch. Maybe $5-$10 an inch ?…..they are tough to find this size.
