Ya, I'm I'm probably about as old as your dad, I'm guessing..... I've done a couple of smoked Thanksgiving turkeys over the years. I picked that Brinkmann up at a yard sale for $5 almost 30 years ago. GF tells me to get one of them fancy-shmancy Traegers, but this old thing works just fine.

Looks good, guys! I'm doing a pork butt today. Pup wants to get her nose in there anytime I go near the smoker to add more mesquite or to check the temp. LOL Happy 4th!

Be prepared logistically as well, as simple as that sounds. Bring an extra spare tire or two, gas cans, water, etc. spare rifle if you have it. It’s pretty remote and you lose a precious day or two trying to solve some of those things. Congrats on the tag!

Circa 2016 Slept in the back of my truck on a scouting trip In the same area was on a look out with 360 view. I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of a truck coming up the road. It went up and down the same stretch as I watched. Eventually They turned the car/truck lights off while the car was still running. I Pulled out my binos and observed a small group of people come out of the bush and got into the car/truck/van lights go back on and they drive off. I had been at my camp spot well before sundown andNot a single car had come down that road. Figured az trail folks getting picked up or maybe not.

Lots of old mines back in there. As for Kohberger, I'd be living out the remainder of my life in the big house if it had been one of my kids and go to bed with a smile on my face and not loose a wink of sleep. I'd make him suffer. Death by a thousand cuts would seem merciful to him.

My Dad . Pulled in there where they both were killed. To take a leak . Just a few hours or so before they were killed. He got up the next morning and turned the TV on, to see that the two kids were murdered. Strange how things happen. Very unfortunate for the people and families that lost loved ones. The Devil is definitely running lose.

I’m new to suppressors, so pardon my ignorance and dumb question(s)……what are the pros and cons between direct thread and non? I’m looking to get one for a 6.5 PRC as well as a .308 and 7mm-08. Is it better to get one for each? One for the 6.5 and interchange one between the other two? Been looking at the Dead Air Nomad LTI, is that a good one? Seems to be from what I’ve read. Thanks!

Well I don’t disagree with you but because it was a $200 tax stamp and had to do with taxation which the Supreme Court ruled it is a tax, they were using this to eliminate a tax that does concern budgeting. With the now elimination of the $200, the claim is NFA is now subject to be overturned as it is no longer a tax. Maybe there’s still hope
