7 pointsBack up for sale. Held this for the buyer on a hand shake. Told he would pick it up in a few days. Then I had to try and chase him down after multiple excuses for almost a month. I’m now cancelling the sale. He did the same thing to me previously on some GPS dog collars.also held them for a month. I had an opportunity to sell to another member but held it as promised. Of course the second person that would have bought it has since bought a shotgun.Shame on me for thinking a hand shake actually means the same thing to all people. Anyway the gun is back up for sale. Please PM me if interested. Thanks Phil I am selling my Browning Citori 20 gauge. It was made in 1996 and has only been used once to shoot a round of Skeet. Almost 30 years old yet like new. 6 pointsAnyone who thinks this will benefit or be good for the everyday American is a fool. It will be bought by millionaire/billionaire developers both for and against hunting and land access. No more just going out to camp, shoot, hunt. Over with, It'll be pay to play for everything. Enviro groups will buy and just shut down period. And most of us won't be able to afford it, were it is allowed, This isn't going be ol mom and pops hunting spread that we all go out and hunt on and the next property is cool with it too. Not gonna happen. Not in this day and age. Who's to say foreign countries won't buy it, they already do. Was there anything in the legislation barring that? Where does the money go from the sale? Serious question, I don't know. We know Katie Hobbs screwed us on that at the state level.

5 pointsI don't want my daughter to waste the one point she had to get a rifle tag, so my goal is to look at every antelope in the unit and pattern the one that fits the best. I know peak growing season is the next couple of months, but can remember if its mass or length that grows the most. Does anyone know?

5 pointsCams are up. Plenty of elk in the area. Came across this gem while scouting. Looks just like my favorite mountain when it's not a circus. I'm glad the elk aren't shy. Need to find some 'true spikes' in the unit.

5 pointsEveryone should call or email your government officials about the selling off of OUR federal lands in the BBB. Mike lee from utah has snuck it back in again. Once they start, they will never stop.

5 pointsYou’d rather someone build a condo, golf course or data center than for you your kids or grandkids to be able to go backpacking? I guess that’s an opinion.

5 pointsIt is my family's good fortune that I do not make dinner; I only make reservations, but thankfully my wife is a good cook. Dinner tonight was Chicken Parmesan with Fettuccine Alfredo It was as good as it looks. Eddie

5 pointsWalapai Johnny was like a grandpa to me. One of my heroes. I grew up around him, learned how to roll smokes and drink Lord Calvert whiskey straight from the jug from that old man. When I was in middle school my class was assigned to do a report on somebody they admired. While most people chose to report about celebrities and athletes, I interviewed Walapai and did my report on him. Man the stories he could tell. When I turned in my assignment, the teacher told me the assignment was supposed to be about a real person and that she was going to make me re do the paper. When I told Walapai about this he drove his 1959 Ford cattle truck from Fredonia, Arizona to Cedar City, Utah and came to my class, told the teacher he heard that she didn't think he was real and proceeded to enchant the entire class with his stories. Needless to say I got an A after that. This was a couple of years before he died, I was probably 14 and he was in his 80s. He was the last of the true cowboys, or as he referred to himself, " the last of the blue-eyed Indians." Walapai died in 1996 from an infection in his leg which the docs told him that he could live for a few more years if he would let them amputate his leg. He told them "I came into this world a whole man, I'm goin out the same." Rest in peace Cowboy, you made me who I am today.
