5 pointsThe voices in my head told me go back to my roots and hunt the desert flats where I grew up in 36c. This is the first time in over 15 years my two brothers and I have put in on the same application.

4 pointsI just tried this place. I ordered pick-up (unfortunately) but that didn't take away from me enjoying the pies. A wood-fired oven and a charred crust! The sauce was savory with a slight tang and not overly sweet. The mozzarella was creamy, just the way I like it. The crust has good flavor, and the dough is not overmixed and appropriately rested, so it's not tough/chewy. This is my new go-to place in the East Valley. Thanks!

2 pointsCaught this dude in a yard today at a customers house. Rounded up the dogs quick and got him outta there. 15 beads on the rattle, thought it was a diamondback at first based on size but once I got a good look realized it was a monster Mojave. He also had that killer personality.

2 pointsI have an aging uncle residing in 34a. The unit was my first choice so I can get him out and behind some glass. Next choice was in the Hualapai's. I don't know them but have been interested in land nearby and there's gold in them hills.

1 pointFishing was good yesterday... water temp was 75° and water clarity was 5-7 feet in mid lake and 3-4 ft in salt end. Very short windows for top water at first light, then a couple hour reaction bite before we switched to plastics. White chatterbait drug along the bottom worked well, and some drop shot with robo worms. Caught most of fish in 1 to 4 ft of water. Still fish on beds... no fry yet.

1 pointMy group is put in all over the state. Someone literally was put in for every species. Bison and Bighorn points for the boys Javelina hunts for the boys Turkey and Sandhill for a group. Deer hunts from Kaibab to coues lands were applied for by my group too! Youth hunts, late hunts, Halloween hunts, etc.

0 pointsI fished the Ferry May 23 and 24. Very disappointing. This has got to be the worst fishing in thirty years. The only fish I caught were with streamers in the tail outs. I saw no fish in the shallow riffles. I tried dry droppers and nymphing, zero fish this way. I spoke to three other parties and they had the same experience. Game and Fish interviewed me at the dock. I told them I caught six fish on Saturday. He said I did better than all the other respondents. Sad.
