Just updating this post. Aside from posting on here last week I left a detailed message with the Safford Ranger Dist. Today I received a call that someone turned my daughters family kayak in to the Safford Ranger dist. There are still a few honest folks in this world. God bless them!

Also was up there this past weekend staying in pine, was able to get to the northern part of the unit in the Christopher creek area. It's dry but most of the creeks still have water in them. There is an abundance of elk in the pine area. All look really healthy so I imagine the ones in 23N are doing fine

The Dragon Bravo fire began as a small lightning caused fire within a few miles of the historical lodge on the north rim of the Grand Canyon and has grown to a 112,000 acre monster on the North Kaibab. Earlier this week, I went to the south rim to observe and photograph the fire for a few days. Intense fire formed a dramatic pyrocumulus cloud. Smoke settled into the canyon each night. The scenes were dramatic, beautiful, saddening, maddening and depressing to me- a mix of emotions.

This is a bow I've had for awhile. Just upgraded a few days ago! Has no sight but has everything else you need. String is in good condition. Always waxed and kept indoors. No major freys. Whisker biscuit rest. Peep and d loop all in good condition. Set at 65 pounds and 24 inch draw length. Can change from 12-30 inches. Poundage can do as low as 5-65 pounds. What are you saying? You can look it up on azcourts.gov. Actually looks like he was found guilty before this thread was made but appealed it.

They should be getting fired up in a couple of weeks, if not sooner.

I think it is unlikely dude. I know it's an all in hunt for you but I'm sure with 11 days prior to the hunt you're going to find something worth wrapping your tag around

Did you get point guard?

Hoping for some up to date elk sightings, or vague scouting reports. Hopefully all the bulls are not scrawny. I’m headed down in 25 days and looking forward to it.

Combination of a 44 ft low lake at 50 percent capacity. It has not been this low since 2018. 6 years of a full full lake with excellent spawn, full of brush, and Florida strain bass. A lake has to be set up to grow big bass and rosey is set up. Lots of fish over 10 being caught.
