    1 to 2 times in the office, move out of sate and fly in via a regional jet/commuter. Rent a motel for that day or 2 and talk to your accountant about any tax breaks / deductions

    If I was driving to phoenix only once a week I would move down south to Sonoita/Elgin I love that area. If you have to drive 2x a week it would make the decision a lot more difficult.

    Apartment Nazis are even worse than HOA Nazis. Not by much depending on where. Use the $$$$ to get your own piece of dirt. Skip the management company, the HOA, and you will be better off than a lot of folks when it comes to owning what you want.

    What's the actual problem with the Complex rules? Why won't the apartment complex let you keep it there? Too many personal vehicles? Is it not currently tagged? Many times you can rent a home for the same or almost the same price as an apartment. Also, check your rental agreement before you rent for restrictions. Might be time to find a different Landlord.
