We actually inyroduced ourselves to her when we first got the proprty and she definately was the type who disn't want to talk. All of the other property owners are very friendly and offerd help and anything if we needed it. We found out she has turned in other neighbors for various things as well. When we talked to the county they absoloutely know her by name. The property is now ready to build. We did power, well, and septic and at this point we are thinking of selling. If we don't sell i will make her regret that we will be neighbors.

If you get the agriculture zoning or need an animal to get it, I have a 3 year old brangus limousine cross steer that I will sell you for the 6 month period and then I'll buy him back if you keep him healthy. I also have sheep I could do the same thing with. Just let me know. Make sure their pens are as close to your neighbor as possible so she enjoys the fragrance

Definitely feel free to post your pics and comments. When I first got interested in suppressors, I had so many ideas from what I had heard over the years. I had a friend induct me into the cult, and since I have been helping others become addicts as well. I'm not the absolute authority on all things NFA, but I have a solid base and all my own opinions. Mostly based on facts-as I see them, others based on what I have heard. Suppressors have changed so much in the 15+ years I have been doing this, and so has the process to own them. They have lightened my pocketbook, but really helped me enjoy shooting/hunting with my family and friends. I am available to answer questions. I work at a shop and obviously we do it the best, however I actually don't care where you get started, I want people to be informed and be happy with their purchase. Im inserting a couple pics of things I uploaded on CWT over the years. Just for fun... Enfield_Innovative_Arms_integral_45acp_2_(2).mp4

A good friend of mine is helping liquidate an estate in Gilbert. There's lots of ammo, magazines, primers, scopes, mounts, gun cases, accessories, etc, etc. There's also tools, housewares, and other items for sale besides those listed that are not part of the estate sale so bring the wife and kids as well. It's located in the dirt parking lot of the Valor Christian Center located just West of Higley on the South side of Warner Rd. The address is: 3015 E Warner Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85296 Look for the yard sale supporting Veterans sign and there will be some AMMO signs in the morning there as well. Bring cash or Zelle. Starts at 7:00 AM Saturday 3-15-25. Ask for Bryan or Chris and please let them know that Jerry sent you. Your support is much appreciated! 🙏

Thanks again everyone! I will be back in December for the same hunt for the third year in a row. This time my Dad drew the tag. Super pumped for him. He has only shot one Bull in Az and has been a resident since 1987. He shot a spike at last light on the last day of the season 12 years ago in unit 1. Driving home that night they hit a cow elk and totaled their car. Although he won a .270 for smallest bull that year, I know he wants to shoot a nice bull. So I will do what I can to make that happen.

Is it a sq ft violation? We have a cabin in Payson and I spoke to them about putting a 40' on our property and they said no, without a permit and plans, because it was over 300sqft. I then asked them if I could put a 20' and they said yes. When I asked how many 20's I could put they said as many as I want as long as I pay 50$ and submit a property plan with locations of conex's on it. Perhaps worth looking into if you need a conex. heck do 2 of them just to piss off the neighbor who called you in.

Watched a great interview yesterday with the man, on YouTube with Cam Haynes Keep Hammering. Probably the best elk hunting video I've watched. Not a Neiborhood kill!

Here's your answer: Are They "Superior"? If by "superior," you mean harder to hunt, more adaptable to rugged environments, and a prized trophy for experienced hunters—then yes, they are elite in those categories. However, if you compare them in terms of sheer size or range, they don’t outmatch larger subspecies like the northern white-tailed deer or mule deer. For hunters and wildlife enthusiasts in the Southwest, Coues deer are definitely a top-tier species.

Mathematical equations do not represent actual field conditions. ChatGPT is nothing more than a computer based opinion and not fact IMO! Respectfully.
