Hi all, I'm excited to share about Field & Faith, where we mentor young men from fatherless homes which is a part of my own story. We're all about mentorship, building life skills, and teaching these young men what it means to be a steward of their communities and families. We do all this through the outdoors and getting them away from the chaos that is life. We take these guys hunting, fishing, and camping, teaching them valuable lessons through hands-on experience in the outdoors. Alot of the young men in our program are getting to catch their first and go on their first hunts and camping trips. We're focused on helping them start new, positive family legacies and breaking the cycle of fatherlessness is their families. As we expand our program this year, we're looking for more support in any form whether you know a kid that can use the help or if you want to support us other ways, we can always use the help. This. This. And this. When I get around to re-barreling my 30-06, I'm planning on jumping from a 22" barrel to a 24" or 26" barrel.

What he said 👏. Most 308 are in the 20-22 range . You give up velocity with a short barrel and the muzzle flash/ blast is insane the shorter you go.

Gonna be hard to stalk with kids, I'd suggest a blind over water. Where do you live?

Don't use Dawn. Just use water I keep a paint scraper in the drawer. I scrape it clean and the use oil to finish scrubbing. If you use Dawn it will draw the oil out of the pores and ruin your seasoning. Use mineral oil for storage. Vegetable oil will go rancid

That Lee should work well for sizing and/or decapping primers, or most any 1 stage activity. I could possibly use the other two items but, a little far and others may actually need them as well.

I have a backhoe. If we get it transported and you get bluestake done, I'll help you. As you can tell from some of my posts, I love digging deep holes ( for myself).😂 But seriously, I'd be glad to help. Not looking for work or wages.
