Nexstar has joined Sinclair's boycott of the J K Show. None of Nexstars 28 stations will aire Kimmel's show tonight. Sinclair is demanding an on air apology and a significant cash donation to be made to the Kirk family. I've never watched an episode of this late night genre since Leno retired and I certainly wouldn't now. Years ago I sometimes would find a radio show with Kimmel and Adam Corolla hosting, I think it was called Love Line? Without knowing either hosts political leaning, it seemed obvious to me, Adam Corolla was the talented one.

Found a stud all by himself this morning. An old bull with a broken back leg. Looks like an old wound and not from an archer. When I got home I realized I photographed this bull last year less than a mile away.

What a truly powerful memorial for Charlie yesterday! So much spirit, love and hope! I was reminded what a failed Christian I am when Erika forgave Tyler Robinson! That was the most powerful statement I have heard a person say ever! I know many of our “political” enemies watched that yesterday and I believe that it touched some! Thank you Charlie, Erika, the 2 children that will never know their father and Charlie’s parents for sacrificing for this divine intervention that this world needed badly!

I went to the Charlie Kirk memorial service today and I left the house at 5:50 this morning and got home about 7 pm. I did stop for a quick bite on the way home. That was the most wholesome and satisfying event I have witnessed since my innocence of youth. It was worth the four hours wait in traffic to get there. Personally, I am not a Christian, but it didn't bother me one bit that 95% of the program was about connecting with Jesus. It had me smiling so much that so many people were so genuinely positive and friendly. Only negative Nacy's I saw were the few people in the "protest area". That was a complete cesspool of trash, while when you passed through that area, it was a remarkable difference. RIP Charlie.

I owned a Mark 5HD. Excellent scope and glass but I have to ask, have you looked through a FFP scope yet on low power? The reticle is very small and hard to see in low light. I sold my Mark 5HD for that reason. I do want a Mark 5 HD again for a primary range rifle with some hunting but illumination is a must and anything under 5x is not really usable in the woods. I would recommend the 3.6-18x44 Mark 5HD since it is lighter weight.

What hit me pretty hard was a conversation I had with a friend of ours who lives in a small community outside of Edinburgh, Scotland. He told me the other day that everyone he knows over there was quite emotional over Charlie’s death and many are envious of our leadership fighting this evil.

I think if vehicles and back packs were checked in 9 and strip you would be surprised how many people are running thermals. Very common in MX too even though illegal to bring across.
