Those deer are notoriously migratory. They drop in there from Utah and the Kaibab. When you are scouting you should just be finding ways to get around in that country. It’s pretty remote. Finding deer won’t do you much good until right before and during the hunt.

Lots of strange and dangerous people pass threw there.

I can’t believe people are capable of doing such things and live with it. That’s a possible thrill killing. some sick bastard sharing the woods with us.

I imagine if they were caught up in illegal activity then the police would have more to go on. I’m sure they’ve been through their phones and social media accounts. That makes it even more disturbing if it was either random or they stumbled onto something bad going on. We have some rifle tags in that area, definitely going to be vigilant and aware of what’s going on around us.

It took two weeks to release the information about the location of the bodies; not being found next to their vehicle. This happened the weekend after graduation; but both of these kids were juniors. After 32 years as a high school counselor, teacher, coach and administrator this never gets any easier. I am pretty sure every year throughout my career I have had a student pass away (we had two boys die in an ATV accident this past fall). Well I don’t disagree with you but because it was a $200 tax stamp and had to do with taxation which the Supreme Court ruled it is a tax, they were using this to eliminate a tax that does concern budgeting. With the now elimination of the $200, the claim is NFA is now subject to be overturned as it is no longer a tax. Maybe there’s still hope

I know that we all want the HPA to pass, but I have to say that cramming a bunch of crap into big bloated bills that have nothing to do with the subject at hand is one of the biggest problems in Washington. And I hate it when the libs abuse it just because they can. The HPA didn’t have anything to do with budget reconciliation, so it will have to stand on its own two feet.

Yes, this case sure is curious and I hope the facts are revealed, but that just might not be possible given the nature of this crime. I see 3 possible scenarios, I'm not a trained detective but I did sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night. 1) Wrong place at right time and just pure bad luck meaning a they suffered a purely random violent act. 2) They saw or heard something they should not have on Mt. Ord. 3) Somehow involved in illicit activity and paid a heavy price for that involvement. May they RIP. Eddie

depends on what you use it for. I have re-decked many times and use regular ol untreated wood and then "seal" with used oil. My trailers are used for sxs towing or hauling junk(sometimes one in the same with my buddies rzr) so the reisdue/ smell doesn't bother me.
