Another vote for the Scopolamine patches. They work wonders for me. Just put one behind your ear a few hours prior to going on the boat and all is good. The only downside is that they're prescription only so have to go see the doctor first.

I'm cursed with motion sickness, too. For planes and cars, a double/triple dose of Dramamine works for me. As for offshore fishing, I figured out long ago that I just can't partake. Never heard of a prescription. Maybe try Wildwoody's suggestion and check that out. Good luck!
