Had a great hunt with my buddy! Hunt was a grind but we struck gold on day 2 and day 4 of the hunt! Hope you enjoy the pics! Any ideas how to measure the double main beam buck?

Jan 1, 2024 archery javelina hunt. First thing in the morning I glassed up this lion in the video. I thought that was a bad sign for finding the javelina that he just stole this baby from but happened to find the javelina all feeding a couple hundred yards behind him. He must have snatched it up without it making a peep, otherwise I'd expect the herd to be agitated. This lion stopped after watching him carry the baby for a hundred yards and started eating it but was just slightly covered from my view. Due to the wind, the only way I could get to the javelina was to go 60 yards under the lion under a rock rim, which I did and then snuck into 15 yards from the javelina and got one. I went back to check on the lion and found the tiny remains of his quick meal. Lion.mov

Got my 2024 coues. I am very pleased with it.

I've recently cast my vote for president of these once united states. This is the 12th presidential race I've voted in since Reagan beat the coveralls and smirk off that lefty peanut farmer in 1980. If you haven't voted and you're a hunter, range enthusiast or just a believer in the 2a and what that amendment was written for, shame on you. If registered to vote, get your butt to your polling place now or never forgive yourself for being a part of the problem. If you enjoy your constitutional freedoms and didn't register and vote, shame on YOU.

Those first pictures did that buck no justice whatsoever. I wouldn't even think it was the same buck. I have a 165 buck and was definitely thinking mine was bigger. Than those field photos showed up. Wow. Not sure about score but I wouldn't pass it up on the late hunt for sure. Congrats to the hunter.

Seems like this site is more Craigslist than Coues hunting, so here is a coues deer. Glassed up a bigger buck on the next to last day. Made a move and glassed him as soon as he stepped in to the thick stuff and the wait was on. An hour and fifteen minutes later this guy stepped out, 435 yards. Slight adjustment to the turret, one shot and he was down. Shot the buck at 930, got back to the side by side at 315. Craig's Custom Rifles 28 Nosler, 180 Berger Hybrid, shot from the seated position with the Harris bipod.

Ok, here's a long shot. Write Brandon and explain that you need a very substantial stimulus check to improve your infrastructure and manufacturing ( trying to create (manufacture) kids should count), and explain how COVID, and your minority status (we are all the minority in one way or another), and your handicap (you have an incurable, permanent hunting illness) have affected your manufacturing capabilities. With the forgiveable, non-taxable business stimulus check your manufacturing process could greatly improve (your wife/significant other would be happier and maybe more willing), and you might be able to expand your business (not really advisable to do, but, a second partner does occur at times and may improve production. But, again, not really advisable), and would help.with your minority status and/ or your handicap (would definitely give you a better environment to plan and execute your hunts, or your relationship would improve so much that hunting could occur less and spending time with that special someone could become more important?). I know it's a long shot, but the possibility with Brandon may actually exist. What do you have to lose? Oh, and tell him you, your family, friends, and everyone on CouesWhitetail would definitely vote for him (you can lie about that, they set the example on lying and greed and have no problem with deceit).
